Still working on East Point Boats and Fawzi paintings, got "interrupted" a bit, when I took a pause to complete a painting of the old Willacoochee Creek hunting club lodge which burned down many years ago.

I did a sketch of that lodge back then, in pencil, and that original rendering was never preserved in a frame, or really very well otherwise, and, subsequently, it became quite worn and also had been rolled up for some time, which caused creases when the rolled art was flattened.

I gave the drawing to a member of the club, who framed it, and it now hangs inside the new lodge, so i've heard. Before it was hung there, I went by his house one day,a nd had taken a photo of the drawing, which I uploaded to my pc,a nd used to create the new color painting in watercolors.

I am posting the original pencil drawing and new painting today. Back to work on the painting-a-week series and others now...have a nice day.
