I've been working pretty steadily on my new web site, and still have plenty of tweaking to do. Got several dead links on the menu, and have decided I will slice the menu into individual buttons and create rollover images instead of hotspots.
I have posted 125 photos on the site photo page.
I realize my target date for starting my painting a day series is out the window, but I wanted to get my main web site completely going before I start steaming along on paintings. I have also decided I will not be creating a painting a day, but more realistically, a painting a week (or more).
Just began working on a 5"x7" acrylic on Gessoboard work of some East Point, FL oyster boats, as well as a small 5" x 5" inch canvas of my male cat, Fawzi.
Posts will resume now and I will be posting some photos of my paintings as they progress from finish to end. I have about 2.5 hours in the boat painting so far. I have the underpainting done and now I'm layering on the washes. Hopefully the next post I will have the finished work.
